Purchasing the Gift Certificate:

1. A printable gift certificate, including the gift certificate redemption code will be emailed to the email address that you provide during check-out. Please allow up to 48 hours for the order to process and to receive the gift certificate redemption code via email from customerservice@namelyme.com.

2. If you do not receive the gift certificate email within 48 hours of purchase, please check the spam box of your email. Please contact us at customerservice@namelyme.com if you still have not received the gift certificate email from Namelyme.com

Redeeming the Gift Certificate:

1. The Gift Certificate Recipient will need to return to the Namelyme.com web site and choose the "Redeem Gift Certificate" link.

2. The recipient can then enter the information from their gift certificate and order their very own personalized book.
